At Aspire Foundation, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and a seamless learning experience for our students. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding course cancellations, fee refunds, and related matters.


1. Course Registration & Fee Payment

Students or parents must complete the prescribed registration process and pay the applicable course fees to confirm admission into any Aspire Foundation program.

  • All payments must be made through authorized payment methods.
  • Admission is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
  • Students are advised to keep payment receipts for future reference.

2. Refund Policy

After classes have started No refund will generally be provided.
Digital study materials already provided No refund applicable.
Special circumstances Management decision shall be final.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specifically approved by the management of Aspire Foundation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Students or parents wishing to cancel their enrollment must submit a written request through email or contact the administration office.

  • Cancellation requests must include student details and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation approval is subject to the institute's policies.
  • Any applicable administrative charges may be deducted.

4. Rescheduling or Batch Changes

Aspire Foundation may allow students to change batches or reschedule classes depending upon seat availability and academic requirements.

  • Batch changes are not guaranteed.
  • Requests must be submitted in advance.
  • Management reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.

5. Cancellation by Aspire Foundation

In rare situations, Aspire Foundation may cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students may be offered:

  • An alternative batch or schedule.
  • Credit towards another course.
  • A partial or full refund, as determined by management.

6. Digital Products & Study Materials

Refunds are not applicable for digital study materials, recorded lectures, downloadable content, or any educational resources that have already been delivered or accessed by the student.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time period, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures.

8. Policy Changes

Aspire Foundation reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on this website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
